per the other suggestion, we would have a page specifically for paid postings. it would look just like the page where "this is what your posts looks like int he queue" where you can edit all fields, but should not be part of regular website flow and shouldn't be shown to regular submitters/participants unless they explicitly hit it.

by extension, once we have a proper pay page we can spam it to all of our spammers.
